Its innovative Multi-Angle Central Column (MACC) System allows users to move the central column from 0 to 180-degree angles in variable vertical and horizontal positions, making macrophotography and special-angle shots a breeze. The Instant Swivel Stop-n-Lock (ISSL) System quickly and securely repositions the central column in one simple movement while maintaining the tripods stability. PH-32 is a lightweight, easy-to-operate three-way pan head with precise pan and tilt functions. - Central column moves from 0 to 180 degrees
